Exra, Extra...Meridian Idaho home for sale receives multiple full price offers!Posted by Ed Byington in Untagged |

Well, I have had a terrific day in Real Estate today! We received 2 full price offers on a Meridian Idaho Home for sale!!! We ended up taking one with No contingencies, and it will close in 30 days. Sweet! We may even get the home next door sold as well. These are homes priced in the high threes too, not starter homes for our market!
That is PROOF that things are still moving! At least in the Idaho New Homes Market, when the boom came in 2005, there were a lot of builders that popped up that really shouldn't have become builders. Either they didn't understand design, didn't understand building, just got lazy or a combination of all three. And yet, because of the market, their homes would sell. Now, there are tons of homes on the market, so people can be picky, and the builders who don't build a good house are not getting the offers. Steel Creek Construction however builds a fantastic home that is high quality, and superbly finished. He did extras like under-cabinet lighting and crown molding throughout(even in the laundry room!) that didn't cost him a lot, but added tremendous value to the home. It is builders like Steel Creek, that put those little extras into their projects, that are never wanting for business! I think there's something we can all learn from this as well!
